Many people avoid the dentist because of nerves, and we get it. At MK Dental Studio, comfort comes first. Dr. Madiha Khanani, DDS, FAGD, takes a gentle, unhurried approach and explains each step before she does it. If you need a little extra help relaxing, nitrous oxide is available (for an additional fee). Our office also has a coffee bar, massage chair, TVs, headphones and blankets to help you feel at ease.
Dr. Khanani is a mom herself, so she understands how stressful a dental visit can feel for both parents and kids. She focuses on conservative, tooth-preserving dentistry, which means treating what truly needs treatment and being honest about what can wait. Her goal is that you leave feeling cared for, never like just a number.
Full-Family Care Under One Roof
You should not need a different office for every family member. We offer routine checkups and cleanings, tooth-colored fillings, crowns,
children’s dentistry, Invisalign and cosmetic options like whitening, bonding and veneers. Dr. Khanani is an Invisalign provider, and the whole team is happy to welcome kids with a play area of their own.
Having everyone in one chair at one practice also makes scheduling easier. Parents can book back-to-back visits, and kids get to see the same friendly faces from their first cleaning through their teen years. No surprises. Here is what we offer:
- $99 New Patient Special for patients without insurance: exam, full X-rays, oral cancer screening, digital scan and photos, and a cleaning.
- $59 emergency exam: a focused exam, X-ray and a discussion of your treatment options.
- $299/year membership (ages 13+): two exams, two cleanings, X-rays, fluoride and 20% off other treatment.
- Cherry financing for larger treatment plans.
- We work with most PPO plans.
Costs should never be a mystery. We will explain your fees and your coverage before any treatment begins, so you can make decisions with confidence.
Convenient Hours and Same-Day Emergency Care
Our hours are Monday to Wednesday 9 to 5, Thursday 9 to 6 and Saturday 9 to 2. If you have a toothache, a broken tooth or swelling, call us. We offer same-day emergency care so you are not left in pain waiting for an appointment.
We know a full-time schedule leaves little room for appointments, which is why we keep late Thursday and Saturday morning hours on the calendar.
What to Expect at Your First Visit
Plan to arrive a few minutes early to finish your new-patient paperwork (you can also fill it out ahead of time on our website). Then we will take digital X-rays and photos, do a thorough exam and an oral cancer screening, and clean your teeth. Dr. Khanani will go over what she found in plain English, show you pictures, and lay out your options and costs. There is no pressure, and you decide what is right for you.
